Usage & Assay Information

Usage Recommendations Most steroids dissolve in organic solvents (eg. DMSO, THF, Acetone, Acetonitrile), however researchers should follow known or published procedures for optimal solvency. If an oil-based solution is required, we recommend a surfactant such as Freund’s Adjuvant following initial dilution with organic solvent. For use in vivo, refer to Mathis et al (1994) Psychopharmacology 116:210-206. For further information, please contact us at [email protected]
