|Method of Purification||Mouse IgG was purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.|

|Storage||Store at 4 deg C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 deg C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.|

|Biological Significance||Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains ? and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure considered the monomer.|
